*** Learned counsel for the petitioners states that petitioners have since joined the investigation. This fact is conceded by learned State counsel adding that it being so, they are not required by the police for further investigation more particularly when the matter has been compromised between the parties.

Under such circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioners on 24.8.2017 is made absolute, subject to their fulfilling conditions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

The petition stands allowed accordingly.
