Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in complaint Reg.no.2/2014 dated 19.12.2014 titled Kamalpreet Kaur V/s. Lalit Kumar and others under Sections 376/511/366/506/342/34 IPC pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge, Moga.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to order dated 12.10.2015, passed by this Court, the petitioner has appeared before the trial court. Copy of the order dated 19.10.2015 passed by the JMIC has been filed in court and it taken on record.
