(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner Dharampal in case FIR No.26 dated 15.03.2017 registered under Sections 420, 466, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Nandgarh, District Bathinda. On instructions from ASI Mehnga Singh, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 06.09.2017 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
