H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) This is a petition for quashing of FIR No. 113 dated 5.4.2018, for offences under Sections 354-A, 354-B, 354-D and 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Tauru, District Mewat. According to the petitioner, it has been registered in a hasty manner with an oblique purpose.

Admittedly, the FIR is at the stage of investigation. The petitioner can take all these pleas before the Investigating Agency and he is relegated to that remedy.

Disposed of accordingly.
