(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for quashing complaint No.12698 of 2010, dated 11.06.2010, titled as "Registrar of Companies vs. Max India Ltd." pending in the Court of CJM, Chandigarh (P-1) along with summoning order dated 21.08.2010 (P-2) and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners contends that petitioners are ready to pay the compounding fee calculated by the respondent i.e. `50,000/-.

In view of the above, the instant petition is disposed of with the direction to the petitioners to deposit `50,000/- with the respondent within SONIKA 2019.03.18 09:42 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
