M.M.S. BEDI, J (ORAL) Against the alleged liability of Rs.42,00,791/- (the economic price calculated by the complainant), the petitioner offers to discharge his liability for the 2841 bags of paddy which were allegedly misappropriated.

Since the challan has already been presented and petitioner has been appearing before the Court, the interim order dated 10.11.2014, is hereby made absolute. The amount of Rs.5 lacs deposited by the petitioner will be adjustable towards the final settlement of the amount payable to the complainant. It will be open to the petitioner to offer the price of the bags within a period of two months to the complainant in the shape of bank draft without RAJ KUMAR ARORA 2015.01.16 13:38 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
