RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of pre-arrest bail to petitioner in case FIR No.317 dated 17.10.2017 registered under Section 61(1) of the Punjab Excise Act, 1914 at Police Station Talwandi Sabo, District Bathinda. On instructions from H.C. Lakhwinder Singh, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 31.07.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
