Through this Writ Petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India prayer has been made for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus, directing respondents No.2 and 3 to decide complaint (Annexures P-2 and P-3) in accordance with law. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the paper-book, but without commenting on merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 - Deputy Commissioner, Hoshiarpur, to look into representation of the petitioner (Annexure P-3) and decide the same by passing a speaking order within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
