Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondents No.1 to 3 to look into the complaint dated 13.03.2019 (Annexure P1) and to take action against respondents No.4 & 5, as per law.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that for the redressal of his grievance, petitioner made an application/representation dated 13.03.2019 (Annexure P1) before respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, S.A.S. Nagar (Mohali), but still the same remained unattended.
