The present appellant had filed a suit for declaration to the effect that the plaintiff is in continuous service w.e.f. 15.11.1989 and the orders dated 03.10.1991 and 29.02.1992 are illegal, null and void and thus, she is entitled to all benefits. The said suit had been filed in the year 1994 and was dismissed. The appeal filed by the present appellant was also dismissed.
