(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No.17 dated 14.01.2013 registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 506, 120B IPC at Police Station Ambala City, District Ambala. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 has produced the copy of order dated 11.05.2015 passed by learned CJM, Ambala, vide which charges have been framed. Copy of order dated 11.05.2015 is taken on record.

In view of above, present petition has been rendered infructuous.

Dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioners will be at liberty to raise all the objections before the trial Court at appropriate stage.
