The substantive prayer made in the petition reads thus: 'It is, therefore, respectfully prayed that the present petition may kindly be allowed and thereby the impugned summoning order dated 25.04.2022 and consequential proceedings arising therefrom in complaint bearing no. 890/2020 titled as "Ankit Mittal Versus Tayal Constructions and others" pending adjudication before Court of Smt. Priyanka Verma, Ld. JMFC, Faridabad and impugned judgment dated 06.07.2024 (Annexure P-9) passed by Sh. Sanjay Kumar Sharma, Ld. Additional Sessions Judge, Faridabad in Criminal Revision Petition no. 354/2022 having title "Tayal Construction & Ors. versus State of Haryana & Anr." to the extent that the summoning orders against the petitioners were not set aside be quashed in the interest of justice.

Further prayed that during the pendency of the present petition, the proceedings against the petitioner in complaint bearing no. 890/2020 titled as "Ankit Mittal Versus Tayal Constructions and others" pending adjudication before Court of Smt. CRM-M No.18711 of 2025 -22. It appears that the main criminal complaint pending adjudication before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class has been withdrawn on 3.7.2025, hence, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.
