Petitioner had allegedly fired at police party with a country made pistol. The petitioner has been in custody w.e.f. 14.4.2013. It is a case of no injury.

The petition is allowed. Petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
