Prayer made in the present petition is for quashing the impugned letter dated 12.07.2005 sent by the Child Development and Project Officerrespondent No.3 directing respondent No.5 to pass a fresh resolution after including the name of respondent No.6.

Learned State counsel makes a reference to the preliminary objection No.1 of the written statement filed on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 4, wherein it has been stated that respondent No.3 had duly considered the inter-se merits of all the 4 candidates and found respondent No.6 more meritorious and appointed her as Aganwari Worker, who joined on 22.08.2005, whereafter she is continuing in service. To the above facts, there was no rebuttal by filing any replication.

In view of the above, the present petitions are disposed of, reserving the petitioners with a liberty to get it revived, in case lis still survives. 5.
