**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) Feeling aggrieved against the alleged inaction on the part of respondent authorities, petitioner has approached this Court by way of instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking appropriate directions to the official respondents.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that when the genuine grievance of the petitioner was not being redressed by the respondent authorities, he finally approached the Superintendent of Police, Hisar-respondent No.2 (incorrectly typed as SSP, Hissar in the representation, at page 10 of the paper book) by way of self contained representation dated 16.6.2015 (Annexure P-2), but the same is also pending decision. He further submits that petitioner will be satisfied in case the Superintendent of Police, Hisar-respondent No.2 is directed to consider and decide his representation, within a reasonable time.

CRM-M-31155 of 2015 Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, lest it should prejudice the rights of either of the parties, the Superintendent of Police, Hisar-respondent No.2 is directed to look into the matter, consider the grievance of the petitioner, including the threat perception, raised vide his representation dated 16.6.2015 (Annexure P-2) and decide the same, at an early date by passing an appropriate order thereon, strictly in accordance with law, but in any case within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
The Superintendent of Police, Hisar-respondent No.2 shall also ensure that no harm is caused to the life and liberty petitioners and his family members at the hands of private respondents No. 3 to 18 or anybody else on their behalf.
With the abovesaid observations made and directions issued, present petition stands disposed of.
