R.P. NAGRATH, J. (Oral) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is made for issuance of directions to respondents no. 1 to 3 to protect lives and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of respondents no. 4 to 8 as they apprehend danger to their lives and liberty from the hands of respondents no. 4 to 8. Both the petitioners are present in person and stated to be major.

On a specific query put to petitioner no. 1, there does not seem any threat perception to the petitioners. In view of the above, the instant petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioners to pursue the representation dated 10.09.2015 (Annexure P-5) already made to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Karnal.

Disposed of with liberty, as aforesaid.
