It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that by way of the present petition, he seeks issuance of directions to respondent No. 2 to decide the representation dated 23.02.2026 (Annexure P-5). 2.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Sushil Bhardwaj, Addl. A.G. Haryana accepts notice and submits that earlier also a similar representation was made seeking a fair and impartial inquiry by higher authorities and the said complaint filed by the present petitioner already stands decided vide order dated 15.04.2025. A copy of the same is already on record as Annexure P-4.

Since a similar representation has already been decided, the present petition stands dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to avail any other alternative remedy available to him in accordance with law. 5.
