Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for issuance of directions to official respondents to protect their life and liberty from the hands of respondents No. 4 to 7.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that marriage of the petitioners was solemnized on 5.9.2015. Marriage Registration Certificate issued by Registrar of Marriages, Union Territory, Chandigarh is annexed as Annexure P-3. Life and liberty of the petitioners be protected.

Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, in case the petitioners approach Senior Superintendent of Police, Ferozepur within one week from today, for protection of their life and liberty then he is directed to look into the representation GURPREET SINGH 2015.09.14 16:15 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
