Mr.Hitesh Sammi, Advocate, for respondent Nos. 2 & 3. Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking quashing of F.I.R No.137 dated 20.12.2013 registered under Sections 306, 511 & 420 IPC at Police Station, Phase VIII, District, Mohali and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise.

Following report has been received from the trial court:- "It is respectfully submitted that in the present case the parties have not come present to get their statements recorded before the undersigned. Moreover, the challan has not been presented so far and same is awaited till 12.12.2014. This is for kind information."

Reply on behalf respondent Nos. 2 & 3 has also been filed in court. Same is taken on record. Refering to same, learned counsel for private respondents has opposed the plea of compromise. In view of above, there is no merit in this petition. Dismissed.
