(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing order dated 25.01.2014 (Annexure P-5) passed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Amritsar, declaring the petitioner as proclaimed person in case FIR No.36 dated 31.03.2011 registered under Sections 452, 341, 427, 506, 148 and 149 IPC at Police Station Cantonment, Amritsar City, District Amritsar.

In view of quashing of FIR in question and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise vide order of even date passed in CRM-M-32293 of 2018, this petition has rendered infructuous. Dismissed as such.
