**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Petitioner has preferred this petition for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to pay compensation to the petitioner on account of injuries suffered by him in an accident.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has attributed some negligence to the respondents- authority in placing soil stack/debris on the GT road without taking due care and caution for the commuters.

Petitioner got registered one DDR, but pleaded therein that there is no fault of anyone and no action is to be taken.

CWP No. 9210 of 2022 -2stage, the petitioner would be contended and satisfied in case his representation dated 14.01.2022 is ordered to be decided by the Chairperson of National Highway Authority of India. In view of nature of order which this Court proposes to pass, there is no necessity of serving the respondents at this stage, as no order prejudicial to the interest of any party is being passed.
