Present petition has been filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. corresponding section 482 B.N.S.S., for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 45 dated 03.03.2026, under Section 351(2), 324(4), 191(3), 190, 126, 115(2), and 110 of BNS (corresponding to sections 506, 427, 148, 149, 339, 321 and 308 of IPC) registered at Police Station Saha, District Ambala.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that since petitioner has already been arrested, present petition can be disposed of, as the same having been rendered infructuous.
