Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to respondents No. 2 & 3 to conduct a fair and impartial inquiry in case FIR No. 199 dated 28.4.2017, registered under Section 365 IPC at Police Station Dharuhera, District Rewari. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has moved an application dated 2.5.2017 (Annexure P3) to respondent No.3Superintendent of Police, Rewari but the same remained unattended till now. Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners and perusal of record, respondent No.3-Superintendent of Police, Rewari, is directed to look into the application dated 2.5.2017 (Annexure P3) and take required action, if any, as per law. With the aforesaid observations made and directions issued, the present petition stands disposed of.
