In view of the above, the present appeal is disposed off in terms of the compromise dated 04.03.2024 arrived at between the parties, which is marked as 'Ex.C-1'. The compromise dated 04.03.2024 (Ex.C-1) be made a part of the decree-sheet. Decree-sheet be drawn up accordingly. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
