(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition was filed way back in March, 2019 seeking protection of life and liberty. Now the petitioner is not residing at his address for certain reasons and he be permitted to file a representation mentioning all such reasons and to raise all his grievances in the said representation. He further submits that he be permitted to file a representation to the concerned Inspector General of Police because respondent No. 4 is working as a constable in the police and the representation be decided in a time bound manner. The prayer being innocuous, the same is allowed. Given above, the present petition is disposed of with liberty aforesaid.

In the event of making representation by the petitioner to the concerned Inspector General of Police, the same be decided within four weeks from the receipt of certified copy of this order by passing a speaking and reasoned order.
