(ORAL) Challenge in the present petition is to order dated 07.03.2024 whereby the petitioner/husband's application for dismissal of respondents' petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C., has been dismissed. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the meantime, interim maintenance has been granted to the respondents in the petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C.; as a result of which the present petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such. Ordered accordingly.
