CRM-M-31223-2017 Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to respondent(s) No.2 & 3 to investigate the matter in FIR No. 102 dated 10.7.2017, registered under Sections 323, 324, 341, 506 & 34 IPC at Police Station Haibowal, District Ludhiana. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that despite the fact that FIR was registered on 10.7.2017, by now no effective investigation has been done and not even a single accused, who are named in the FIR, has been arrested. Learned counsel further contended that petitioner has made a representation dated 27.7.2017 (Annexure P2) to respondent No.2Deepak Kumar Bhardwaj 2017.11.02 16:01 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners and perusal of record, respondent No.2-Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana, is directed to look into the representation dated 27.7.2017 (Annexure P2) and take required action, if any, as per law. With the aforesaid observations made and directions issued, the present petition stands disposed of.
