(ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Section 482 CrPC, prayer has been made for issuance of directions to official respondents to decide the written complaint/representation dated 13.03.2023 moved at the instance of petitioner against respondents No.5-9. Notice of motion.

Mr. Tarun Aggarwal, Sr. D.A.G. Punjab who is present in Court accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State. Without going into the merits of the allegations levelled in the complaint/representation dated 13.03.2023 submitted by petitioner, the respondent No.3 is directed to consider and decide the same preferably within a period of 8 weeks from today after affording an opportunity to produce all particular documents in support of his complaint.
