RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner Sukhjit Singh in cross case registered vide General Diary/Rapat No.57 dated 05.09.2016 under Sections 323, 324, 506, 148 and 149 IPC (Section 326 IPC added lateron vide General Diary/Rapat No.31 dated 07.09.2016) in FIR No.68 dated 05.09.2016 under Sections 295, 323, 452, 506, 148, 149 and 325 IPC registered at Police Station Noormehal, District Jalandhar. On instructions from SI Nirmal Singh, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 25.08.2017 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
