This is a petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.34, dated 03.03.2019 registered under Section 21 (4) (1) of Mines and Minerals Act, 1957 and Section 379 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Partap Nagar (earlier known as P.S. Khizrabad), District Yamuna Nagar. Ms. Gaganpreet Kaur, AAG, Haryana, has joined the session through video conferencing and she on instructions from ASI Jasvir Singh, states that in compliance of order dated 24.06.2020, the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is no more required for further investigation of the case.
