The present appeal pertains to the year 1998. Vide order dated 26.02.2024 notice was issued to the sole appellant. As per the service report, appellant is stated to have died. Mr. Jatinder Singh Mundi, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of the LRs of the respondent and has filed his power of attorney, which is taken on record. No one has come forward to get themselves impleaded as legal representatives of the appellant. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
