RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.85 dated 25.06.2018 registered under Section 379-B IPC at Police Station Haibowal, District Ludhiana.

Learned State counsel submits that trial against the petitioners is at defence evidence stage.

In view of above factual aspect, learned counsel for the petitioners prays that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
