At the outset itself, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, a substantial piece of security amount has already been paid to the petitioner and now only an amount of ₹ 60,000/- remains outstanding, which also the authority concerned has assured to pay shortly. Therefore, he submits that, he does not want to press the instant writ petition at this stage.

Consequently, the instant writ petition is dismissed, as not pressed at this stage.
