Petitioner-Sandeep filed this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in case FIR No. 77 dated 02.06.2013, under Sections 148, 302, 120-B and 149 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station Alewa, District Jind. Notice of motion.
Mr. B.S.Virk, learned D.A.G., Haryana, has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent-State and contested this petition. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned State counsel and gone through the record. Learned counsel for the petitioner argued that all the witnesses have already been examined, trial is complete and now the case is fixed for defence evidence and arguments.

CRM-M-32112-2016 -2- Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the present case and the fact that the trial has already been complete and the case is fixed for defence evidence and arguments, I find no ground at this stage to grant the concession of regular bail to the present petitioner. Therefore, finding no merit in the present petition, the same is dismissed.
