This is a petition preferred under Section 438 Cr.P.C. by petitioners seeking pre-arrest bail, apprehending their arrest, in case FIR No.202 dated August 8, 2012, under Section 61 of the Excise Act, registered at Police Station, Sultanwind, Amritsar City, District Amritsar. 2.
At the very outset of the arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that petitioners have already been arrested in this case after filing of the instant petition. As such, the instant petition has been rendered infructuous.
