**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) This is a petition that has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for setting aside the judgment dated 17.05.2018 passed by Addl. Sessions Judge, Jalandhar enhancing the interim maintenance that has been allowed to the respondent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner herein contends that the matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court and by settlement / agreement dated 14.09.2018, all difference between the parties stands settled. CRM-M-32195-2018 one of the terms is that the petition filed by the respondent under Section 125 Cr.P.C. would be withdrawn.

Learned counsel for the petitioner also contends that a petition under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act has been filed and the first installment of ` 6 lacs stands transferred in the name of the respondentGeeta and the balance would be paid thereafter. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and in view of the fact that the matter stands settled amicably before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court; the said agreement has been duly signed by all parties concerned and in view of the fact that the terms of the said settlement, the respondent herein has withdrawn the petition filed under Section 125 Cr.P.C., no further orders are called for in this petition. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
