 This is an application for withdrawal of the main writ petition on the ground that certain assurances have been given to the petitioners by the official respondents to the effect that if they withdraw the present writ petition their services will be regularized. Learned counsel for the respondents No.1 to 3 states that he has no such instructions.

Be that as it may, the application stands allowed and the main case bearing CWP No.10084 of 2002 is dismissed as having been withdrawn.
