(Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No. 0005, dated 19.02.2021, registered under Sections 365, 376, 506, 384 of IPC and Sections 66(E), 67 of the IT Act, lodged at Police Station Women, District Nuh, Haryana.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to order dated 19th May, 2021, of this Court, petitioner has joined the investigation. However, learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Hira Mani, has vehemently opposed the grant of bail to the petitioner, by submitting that though the petitioner has joined the investigation, however, he has not been cooperating, inasmuch as, he has failed to get the mobile phone recovered, which was used in the crime in question.

In the circumstances, this Court is not inclined to extend the concession of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Petition stands dismissed.
