The petitioner came to this Court with a grievance that his earlier counsel in a previous suit, namely Mr. Vipin Bhasin, Advocate, has now started representing the management of the respondent in a subsequent suit.

Mr. Deepanshu Sodhi, Advocate, appearing for Mr. Vivek Salathia, Advocate, the learned counsel representing the respondent No.1 and 2 states that Mr. Vipin Bhasin, Advocate, has already withdrawn his vakalatnama from the case and a new counsel has been engaged. 3.

In view of the aforesaid facts,, this revision petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
