(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of regular bail to petitioner Dharminder Singh alias Baji in a case arising from FIR No.50 dated 03.06.2015 under Sections 302, 404, 341, 506, 148, 149 and 120-B IPC and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act registered at Police Station Mehna, District Moga. Learned State counsel, assisted by learned counsel for the complainant, on instructions from ASI Gulzar Singh, submits that for framing of charge against the petitioner, case is fixed for 8.11.2017. The petitioner is threatening the complainant and witnesses. Petitioner is booked in many criminal cases of heinous nature. In view of above, petition is dismissed with a direction to the Investigating Officer to produce both the accused in Court for framing of charge.
