Through this petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.108 dated 31.08.2020 under Sections 307/452/380/506/323/148/149 IPC and Sections 25/27/54/59 of Arms Act registered at Police Station, Bhindi Saidan, Amritsar Rural.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Sarabjeet Singh submits that in compliance of order dated 13.04.2023, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation. 3.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 13.04.2023 passed by this Court is made absolute. 4.

Disposed of accordingly.
