(Oral) Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is not having the present address of the respondent, as it is whispering about him to be behind bars in some cases, but the particulars of the case are not available with the applicant. As such, at this stage, she submits that she does not want to pursue with the transfer application and the same be dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file fresh one, as and when the whereabouts of the respondent, are available with the applicant. Ordered accordingly.
