The matter was filed way back on 03.04.2019 and at that time, petitioner No.2 (name withheld) was minor.
Since the police has not received any complaint for protection or apprehension of threat during the last 03 years, as such, it appears that the threat perception is no more subsistence.
Given above, the petition is disposed of. However, In case, the petitioners feel any apprehension of threat, then they shall file an application or information before the concerned SP/SHO and they shall provide protection for one week initially and after that on day to day appraisal but not beyond one month. After that the liberty will reserved the petitioner to approach this Court again.
