(ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondent No. 2 to protect the lives and liberty of the petitioners, at the hands of respondent No. 5. At the outset, learned State counsel submits that petitioners have suffered a statement before the police that they did not require any protection.
