Upon notice learned State counsel has filed affidavit of Jagdeep Singh, Assistant Commissioner of Police, Ambala Cantt., wherein it is submitted that after investigations a cancellation report was prepared on 5.2.2014 and after approval by the competent authority has been submitted before the Illaqa Magistrate on 12.10.2015.
