(ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in FIR No. 48 dated 13.8.2016 under Sections 307, 452, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station Nandgarh, District Bathinda. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that pursuant to the order dated September 14, 2016 passed by this Court, the petitioners have joined the investigation and even otherwise the matter has been compromised between the parties.

Learned counsel for the complainant states that so far as petitioner No. 2 Harwinder Kaur is concerned, she is the wife of the complainant and both have reconciled the dispute and the matter has been compromised.

CRM-M-32156 of 2016 -2Singh states that the petitioners have joined the investigation. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and noticing the fact that no injury has been caused to the complainant Jagdeep Singh by use of fire-arm, coupled with the fact that the complainant has compromised the matter with the accused, the present petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 14.09.2016 is made absolute. However, if required, the petitioners shall continue to join investigation as and when required to do so and shall abide by the terms and conditions, as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
