Present:
None for appellant No.2.

**** AMARINDER SINGH GREWAL, J. (Oral) 1.
There is no representation on behalf of appellant No.2 as well as respondents No.1 and 2. Despite sufficient opportunities, no steps have been taken by appellant No.2 to pursue the present appeal. The appellant remained unrepresented on the last two consecutive dates of hearing, i.e., 17.11.2025 and 11.07.2025, and even today, none has appeared on his behalf.
2.
In these circumstances, it is evident that no useful purpose would be served by keeping the present appeal pending on the docket for an indefinite period.
