RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for quashing of order dated 30.03.2021, Annexure P-1, passed by respondent No.2 and order dated 04.06.2019, passed by respondent No.3, Annexure P-9, whereby appeal filed by the petitioner was dismissed without considering the facts and circumstances of the case and order dated 04.06.2019 passed in Case No.9-30B-2019, Annexure P-9, are completely illegal and arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice. It is further prayed to direct the respondents to remove the pipes laid down into the link road Dhanaula to Fatehgarh Chhanna used to fraudulently drain the rain-water into the low lying lands of the petitioner where the houses and cultivable land of other stakeholders are situated.

This case is pending since 02.05.2022 on which date it was adjourned to 12.05.2022 for arguments. On 12.05.2022, the case was adjourned sine die enabling petitioner to place on record the site plan. After MEENU 2024.05.21 17:37 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document about two years, i.e. 13.02.2024, the case was listed, however, as no-body

CWP- 9200-2022 -2was present to represent the petitioner, the same was again adjourned to 04.04.2024. On 04.04.2024, again there was nobody to represent the petitioner and hence the case was adjourned for today, i.e. 20.05.2024. Today again nobody has come present on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that neither the petitioner nor his counsel is interested in pursuing this case. Dismissed for non-prosecution.
