 "#$ !% Allegations against the petitioner Pawan Kumar in this petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail in case FIR No.23 dated 15.03.2015 registered at Police Station Boha, District Mansa under Section 411 IPC and Sections 22/25/61/85 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, are that on 15.03.2015 he was found in conscious possession of 10 vials of Rexcof containing 500 ml each, which falls under the non9commercial quantity.

   since 15.03.2015 and that similarly placed co9accused Jatinder Kumar has been allowed bail by this Court vide orders dated 04.09.2015, could not be controverted by learned State counsel. In the light of aforesaid and the principle of parity coupled with the fact that trial is not likely to conclude in near future, this Court is of the opinion that further detention of the petitioner in the present case is not warranted. Accordingly, he is ordered to be released on regular bail to the satisfaction of trial Court.
