Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the sole appellant has since expired and despite repeated efforts, he has not been able to establish any contact with the legal representatives of the deceasedappellant. Even on the present date, learned counsel has expressed his inability to proceed further in the matter as he continues to have no instructions or communication from the legal representatives of the appellant.

In light of the above, the present appeal stands dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to the LRs of appellant to seek its revival, in case, any cogent cause of action survives.
